We will repair or replace products that are defective within the warranty period where the product is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions. Spare parts for this product are covered by a one year guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to Find Your Model No? The Model No. can be found on the underside of our products, where you will find a label, which will contain the model number, the country the product was manufactured and the date code when it was manufactured.

Is Your Product Under 30 Days Old? If your appliance is still under 30 days old the guarantee will be covered by the retailer where you purchased the product. Please return the product to the place of purchase for a refund / exchange.
